At Indian Art Valley, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes circumstances may require a return. This policy outlines the eligible conditions and timelines for a refund on your order from Indian Art Valley.
Products Eligible for Return:
- Unopened and Undamaged Original Paintings: If you are unhappy with your original painting purchase for any reason, you may return it for a full refund within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Damaged Paintings: If your painting arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at indianartvalleyofficial@gmail.com. We will require photos of the damage and will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including any shipping costs.
Products Not Eligible for Return:
- Custom Orders: Due to the personalized nature of custom artwork, we cannot offer refunds on custom orders.
- Opened or Used Paintings: We cannot accept returns for opened or used paintings.
Return Process:
- Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact us within the eligible timeframe (14 days for original paintings) at indianartvalleyofficial@gmail.com.
- Return Authorization: We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions for securely packaging the painting for return shipment.
- Return Shipment: You are responsible for the cost of returning the painting. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service.
- Refund Processing: Once we receive the returned painting in its original, unopened, and undamaged condition, we will process your refund within 10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please Note:
- We reserve the right to deny unreasonable or repetitive return requests.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to damaged artwork during shipping.
